Considering that I do not approach on expending more cash with a GPU than 4070 and its counterparts Price tag (Sooner or later), what might be your CPU suggestion from those mentioned here (or almost every other AM4 CPU that you may deem greater)? given that improved cooling will minimize the throttling with the card without having it overheating.
